VIDEOD: Mihkels ja Pajur osalesid Singapuris Tour de France'i kriteeriumil

Eesti ratturid Madis Mihkels (EF Education-EasyPost) ja Romet Pajur (Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe Rookies) osalesid Tour de France'i kriteeriumil Singapuris.

Kuigi Pajur kuulub ametlikult Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe järelkasvutiimi, sai ta võimaluse põhimeeskonnas kaasa teha. Tema meeskonnakaaslaseks oli muuhulgas neljakordne Vuelta ja ühekordne Giro d'Italia võitja Primož Roglič.

Esikoha pälvis Jonathan Milan (Lidl-Trek), kes edestas Biniam Girmayd (Intermarché-Wanty) ja Jasper Philipseni (Alpecin-Deceuninck). Pajur sai 17. ja Mihkels 21. koha, mõlemad eestlased kaotasid võitjale 17 sekundit.

Mihkelsit seob EF Education-EasyPostiga leping ka 2026. aastal, Pajur kuulub ka tuleval hooajal Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe Rookiesi koosseisu, kuid saab ilmselt võimaluse põhimeeskonnaga võistelda.
