The privacy policy regulates the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website www.bikefanatics.eu (hereinafter referred to as the website) of Haspex OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Bikefanatics).

 

Definitions

Personal data is any information about a natural person that allows the person to be identified, directly or indirectly.

Processing of personal data is any activity performed with the personal data of a website user (hereinafter referred to as the user) - collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of data.

Users are all persons who visit the website, order goods from the e-shop, subscribe to the newsletter, or provide information to Bikefanatics.

  • to fulfill orders placed by the user in the e-shop , for example, to deliver goods, communicate with the user, and send invoices;
  • to ensure a personalized website visiting experience when creating an e-shop account;
  • to improve the website user experience and more effectively market the website using user website traffic statistics.

Haspex OÜ may authorize other persons (hereinafter referred to as the processor) to process the user's personal data, using whose product or service it provides services to the user. An agreement has been concluded between Haspex OÜ and the processor, according to which the processor is obliged to keep the processed personal data confidential and ensure the protection of personal data.

Haspex OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Authorized processors provide:

  • e-mail forwarding and management system;
  • website development and hosting;
  • delivery of e-shop orders;
  • analysis of website usage statistics;
  • social media usage and analysis of social media statistics;
  • use of accounting software.

We also use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads and measure ad performance in collaboration with our partners, including Google. For example, accounting data is retained for 7 years from the end of the financial year, while an email address on the mailing list is retained until the user expresses a desire to remove it.

Haspex OÜ takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data it processes. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process personal data, and all users' personal data is treated as confidential information.

 

User rights

The user has the right to prohibit the processing of their personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to fulfill a requirement arising from the contract, including fulfilling e-shop orders.

  • request the transfer of personal data.

Haspex OÜ has the right to reject the user's request if the user's identity cannot be verified or the transmission of personal data is not secure.

If the user is a member of Haspex OÜ's mailing list, they can delete themselves from the mailing list and unsubscribe from future newsletters via the link at the end of the email.

If the user believes that his or her rights have been violated in the processing of personal data, he or she has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.
