The privacy policy regulates the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website www.bikefanatics.eu (hereinafter referred to as the website) of Haspex OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Bikefanatics).
Definitions

Processing of personal data is any activity performed with the personal data of a website user (hereinafter referred to as the user) - collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of data.

Haspex OÜ may authorize other persons (hereinafter referred to as the processor) to process the user's personal data, using whose product or service it provides services to the user. An agreement has been concluded between Haspex OÜ and the processor, according to which the processor is obliged to keep the processed personal data confidential and ensure the protection of personal data.
Haspex OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Authorized processors provide:
- e-mail forwarding and management system;
- website development and hosting;
- delivery of e-shop orders;
- analysis of website usage statistics;
- social media usage and analysis of social media statistics;
- use of accounting software.

Haspex OÜ retains personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose or as required by law. For example, accounting data is retained for 7 years from the end of the financial year, while an email address on the mailing list is retained until the user expresses a desire to remove it.

If the user is a member of Haspex OÜ's mailing list, they can delete themselves from the mailing list and unsubscribe from future newsletters via the link at the end of the email.
If the user believes that his or her rights have been violated in the processing of personal data, he or she has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.
