The YouTube channel 834live spent a whole day with Madis Mihkels (EF Education - Easy Post) and brings viewers the most exciting moments. In a short interview, the 21-year-old Estonian said that as a youngster, he also engaged in swimming, judo, and running.
"One day, my dad asked if I wanted to start cycling, and I immediately fell in love with it. Honestly, I've never thought of any other profession than being a cyclist. I knew from a young age that I would become a pro," Mihkels confirmed.
Advice for young people? "Enjoy what you do. Be happy and enjoy the hard training," replied Mihkels, who will make his first start of the season at the Etoile de Besseges cycling tour in France at the beginning of February.
