The G.ICE-STORM MTB 1.0 GORE-TEX® shoe is ideal for use in extreme cold or rain. The upper with G.active airflow microfiber and GORE-TEX® Duratherm® membrane offers maximum breathability, wind and rain protection and thermal insulation even in extreme cold.

An elastic, water-repellent collar with adjustable closure provides maximum insulation, the rear strap for easy adjustment and reflective inserts for greater visibility in low light conditions. Abrasion-resistant reinforcements in the toe and side areas. High-insulation midsole with thermo-reflective aluminum creates a thermal barrier that keeps the foot warm and dry. The non-slip BOA Fit System with IP-1 dial allows for a quick, effortless and precise fit. The closure runs across the entire front of the shoe. A supportive insole provides comfort and efficiency while pedaling.

From Gaerne's R&D department comes the new "MTB 2DENSITY SOLE 7.0" - a sole specifically designed for mountain biking. Its structure is made of a combination of nylon and fiberglass, which makes it resistant, lightweight and thin. The profile is designed for maximum grip / stability and excellent resistance on different surfaces. Two removable cleats on the front of the shoe provide enhanced traction on unstable and muddy surfaces.
